Sarah Szanto, Human Resource Manager
PayTech is proud to have such a devoted and qualified professional like Sarah as their Human Resource Manager. She deals with all employee relations, employment law, and benefits that help keep a business going strong. Before coming to work at PayTech, Sarah worked as an independent HR consultant. She has since then continued to improve her skills and utilize them to their fullest potential to help our clients run their company smoothly.
Sarah comes from an educated background, having graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in Human Resources. She also has her PHR (Professional Human Resource) certification from the HR certification Institute, and she holds her SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. She has used this education for the past 20 years to gain more experience in helping others keep a structured business and employee regiment.
Outside of work, Sarah keeps incredibly busy as a mother of twins who compete in both baseball and volleyball seasonally. She constantly strives to improve herself as HR Manager by getting involved as a member of the SHRM organization. Sarah is a well-balanced and organized individual that PayTech appreciates having as a remarkable team member in the office.
